He previously served as president and chief executive officer of Simplexity, an online provider of wireless services and products. From December 1998 to August 2000, Michael served as executive vice president of Talk.com, an integrated communications provider. From September 1991 to August 1998, Michael held positions as sales director and senior vice president for alternate channels with Cable & Wireless USA, growing revenue from $50 million to $500 million in 3 years. He also served as co-chief operating officer of Cable & Wireless USA from September 1997 to September 1998.

Scott Yancey, Chief Strategy and Finance Officer

As Chief Strategy and Finance Officer, Scott has extensive experience with early stage and high growth technology companies developing them into industry leaders. He previously served as Executive Vice President at In-Q-Tel, a venture capital firm that invests in companies with cutting edge technologies on behalf of the intelligence community. Prior to In-Q-Tel, Scott was Chief Financial Officer of InPhonic, the largest independent distributor of wireless products and services marketed and sold over the internet. Scott also served as Chief Financial Officer for Network Access Solutions, a nation-wide DSL service provider where he led the company’s IPO, and from 1982 to 1998, Scott was the Chief Financial Officer of Cable & Wireless USA.
